• How are they Printed?
  • We use digital printing and large format inkjet printers. The resulting poster looks crisp, with vibrant full-colour designs.
• How thick is the paper?
  • Premium Glossy: 275gsm
• Does my custom poster come with a frame?
  • No. We believe frames are a personal choice.
• Will my custom poster fit into a standard frame?
  • Yes. All of our poster offerings should fit into standard frames without issue.
• Does my custom poster print come with a white border effect?
  • Yes. All of our poster offerings have a white border effect to ensure all the artwork is visible and not obscured by your chosen picture frame.

Shipping Info (Prints)

All items, except A3 Prints, are made-to-order in our Melbourne production facility. You will receive a notification email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

  • Normally our prints will leave our production facility within 5 – 7 business days.  
• Shipping time
  • (Australia customers)
    • 3 – 5 business days for metro areas.  5 – 10 business days for WA, NT, TAS and rural areas.
  • (International customers)
    • Normally allow 10 – 20 business days.

Returns Policy

We stand by everything we sell, 100%. So if you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, neither are we.

Replacement

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, we will not be able to offer a replacement artwork as it is a one-of-a-kind handmade artwork. However, we can provide a refund.

Refund Policy

Please contact us within 3 days upon receiving your product.

All returns must be “as new” condition and packaged securely in the original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the artwork is received back in our studio, we will assess the damage and organize a refund to your account.
