• How are they Printed?
  • We use digital printing and large format inkjet printers. The artwork is printed on 300gsm premium canvas. The resulting print looks crisp, with vibrant full-colour designs.
• What is the print frame made of?
  • Our frames are made of sturdy wood. The canvas is wrapped around the frame for extra weight and durability.
• Does my custom print come ready to hang?
  • Yes. Hanging wire is pre-installed. Ready to hang.
• Does my custom print come with a white border effect?
  • No. Our artwork is fully stretched around the edges to provide a greater visual aspect from all angels.

Shipping Info

All items are made-to-order in our Melbourne production facility. You will receive a notification email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

  • Normally our prints will leave our production facility within 5 – 7 business days.  
• Shipping time
  • (Australia customers)
    • 3 – 5 business days for metro areas.  5 – 10 business days for WA, NT, TAS and rural areas.
  • (International customers)
    • Normally allow 10 – 20 business days.

Returns Policy

We stand by everything we sell, 100%. So if you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, neither are we.

Replacement

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, we will not be able to offer a replacement artwork as it is a one-of-a-kind handmade artwork. However, we can provide a refund.

Refund Policy

Please contact us within 3 days upon receiving your product.

All returns must be “as new” condition and packaged securely in the original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the artwork is received back in our studio, we will assess the damage and organize a refund to your account.
